The upper level is an open living plan, it has a spacious lounge room with 68cm TV, DVD, VCR with movie library and CD/radio and a wall of windows open to the ocean and balcony. The lounge room adjoins the dining room and modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, full size fridge and gas cooking. Across from the lounge and up a few steps is the main bedroom and ensuite. Down the hall from that bedroom is the guests Powder Room. The lower floor has the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and a second living room with another TV and VCR, a great place to lose the kids when you want to relax. And just when you thought that this house has everything, there is a full size table tennis table set up in the double garage.

If you can tear yourself away from Easts Beach there are some wonderful drives and attractions to see. Jamberoo Ski & Recreation Park and spectacular Minnamurra Falls are only 15 minutes away. Historical Berry is 25 minutes south, and Gerringong and Werri Beach a leisurely 10 minutes south.

With so many things to see and do on the coast, you will be left wanting for more.
